• Owning and driving security projects on the Security Works Program.
• Management of the co-ordination and scheduling of the changes required to deliver the Security Works Program.
• Work with perform groups, I/T Architects and strategists to deliver Security Works Program projects and tasks.
• Manage any project issues, risks and additional requests through to resolution.
• Managing change management requirements of Security Works Program projects - ensuring backout plans and full testing is in place.
• Advising the IBM Security Co-Ordinator of risks and issues associated with delivery Security Works Program projects.
• Management of the resolution of Security Works Program issues for the delivery teams and the client.
• IT Project Management disciplines and compliance with agreed Security WorksProgram project management processes
Customer Focus:
• The SecurityWorks Program Co-Ordinator is responsible for meeting and where possible exceeding customer expectations, to add ‘value’ to the customer and to meet all contractual obligations.
Audit Compliance/Security:
• Adheres to both IBM and customers' security policies and procedures.
• Completes Security Works Program audit tasks as per the task documentation to maintain audit readiness.
Other Duties :
• Assumes additional responsibilities as required.
• Takes ownership for assigned work and ensures completion within agreed targets.
Tasks
• Performing project work (including co-ordination and scheduling of changes to system settings and controls) to improve the customer security posture
• Change Management processing
• Advising and guiding system specialists to interpret the requirements
• Advising the IBM Security Co-Ordinator on specific Security Works Program security issues
• Performing Security Works Program reporting as required
