>Sales Business Manager<br>
><br>Role Purpose
>The Sales Business Manager will take full responsibility for:<br> Strategic
sales management
> Design and implement sales strategies and initiatives<br> Contribution for
all key planning milestones including MBR, QBR, MYR and BPR
> Analysis and reporting, which contributes to sound business decisions<br>
Budgeting, business reviews and projects
> Consolidate sales forecast<br> Track and report on the status of sales
activity, including booked, pending and forecasted revenue
> Manage the ad product strategy across the extended MDAS portfolio ensuring
advertising revenue is maximized<br> Work with key stakeholders on setting
pricing, facilitate resolution of pricing questions
> Monitor and analyze pricing performance to explore related trends and
potential issues <br>
><br>Key Accountabilities
>- Ownership of Sales ROB <br>- Revenue analysis and insight to guide sales
strategy
>- Manage the implementation of sales processes & tools adoption<br>-
Understand the risks and dependencies that sales strategies will have on
pricing and inventory management

> Solid background in advertising planning and buying, sales andor strategic
management experience in online
>Candidate must have the ability to access data, utilize analysis skills to
trend and interpret information, and communicate meaningful information
effectively.<br>The ability to work with all levels of management and across
different organizations is required
><br> 3) Technical/Functional Skills
> Strategic Planning or strategic media sales experience very useful.<br>
Strong presentation skills
> Strong written, verbal and analytical communication skills are required.
<br>Ability to determine customer and market requirements; influence
development of appropriate products, pricing, & inventory
> Creative ability to determine a strategy and vision working beyond current
data<br> Strong customer and consumer focus
