>Business Operation Manager<br>Job’s Summary

>To provide Business Management and operational assistance for the Dynamics
Support organization in APGC. <br> Business Management for the APGC Dynamic
Support business involves helping create the overall strategic direction for
the business. Indentify and Drive programs that meet overall CSS and
organizational goals.

> Operations involve management of the support systems and tools, reporting
requirements, guidelines and procedures, and overall communications for the
support team.<br>Responsibility/Activity

>Business Management<br> Creating Monthly and quarterly Business Updates

> Preparing scorecards for global stakeholders<br> Helping create strategic
ideas to help drive Dynamics Support business

> Identify and drive initiatives that meet overall CSS and Dynamics Support
business<br> Responsible for maintaining and forecasting of financial budget

>Operations <br> Management of communications on MBS Support (e-mail,
newsletters, Share Point and web sites, presentations)

> Management of support tools and systems<br> Management of all procedures for
the MBS Support team.

> Assistance with reporting requirements and analysis of results<br> Creating
and driving ROB for MBS Support Team

>CommunicationBusiness Relationships

>This role will provide assistance for the 3 regions of Asia Pacific Greater
China (APGC), India, and Japan and potentially engage with the following
groups during provision of their responsibilities:<br> Small Mid-market
Solutions & Partner (SMS&P) team

> MBS Global Offerings and Operations Teams<br> Regional and World Wide
Premier team

> MBS Support Team - regional and global<br> Business Marketing Organisation
(BMO)

> Customer Service<br> Business and Finance Analysts

>Qualification<br> 3 - 5 years of related experience

> Bachelor or Master Degree in Computing, Project Management, Business
Management, administration<br> Back ground in support and/or operations
management

> Program management<br> Project management

> Business management<br> Experience in Microsoft products including Word,
Excel, Powerpoint

> Previous reporting experience<font>
