us at Asia CSS Finance team. Asia CSS Finance team is looking for a Senior
Finance Manager to provide critical business and financial partnership support
to the Asia Pacific and Greater China Customer Service & Support (CSS)
organization. We are looking for a highly energetic and motivated professional
with a strong passion for data and analysis. The person will work very closely
with the CSS management team across Asia Pacific Region to provide end to end
financial support. He/She will also be a facilitator and driver of
collaboration between Global and regional counterparts to support the
globalization of CSS.

><br>To provide critical business and financial partnership support to the CSS
organization. Candidate will be responsible for

>supporting CSS management team through, operational metrics analysis and
financial modeling of call center data, implementation of financial controls,
and support of strategic planning efforts.<br>

>The core job Responsibilities of this position include: <br>Business
Excellence: Successful execution of finance ROB and Streamline Key Financial
Processes within Customer Service & Support organization.

>ü  Finance ROB Execution: Effective and efficient process for close,
forecast, target and budget that drives meaningful business discussion and
synergy within Customer Service & Support organisation<br>ü  Define internal
ROB review on financial and operational metrics on a regular basis.

>ü  Providing financial controllership to the Support organization through
P&L analyses, business partnership and proactive implementation of financial
controls<br>Business Insight: Ability to demonstrate how finance provides
value adding insight towards business’ strategy and increasing shareholder
value

>ü  Participating in and supporting strategic planning efforts to create
financial and operational efficiencies that drive measurable cost
savings.<br>ü  Develop ROI and decision support models, using results to
influence resource allocation and business planning decisions

>ü  Providing in-depth analysis of operational metrics and support costs to
gain a thorough understanding of underlying business drivers and issues that
may affect financial performance.<br>Personal Leadership:

>ü  Be a facilitator and driver of collaboration between Global and regional
leads & across functions within Customer Service and Support <br>Act as a
trusted financial advisor and consultant to the business on financial and
operational metrics

><br>Other responsibilities also include but not limited to financial support
for ad-hoc Executive review, participation and contribution in projects led by
business or finance etc.

><br>The key Requirements & Qualifications of this position are:

>ü  Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business, MBA desirable.<br>ü  Minimum
8-10 years of finance related work experience in multinational environment.

>ü  Highly proficient in Excel and all Office applications.<br>ü  Excellent
communication, presentation and English language skills.

>ü  Strong analytical skills and sensitive to numbers.<br>ü  Process
oriented, focused on standardization, streamlining and best practices.

>ü  Must have strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, creative
problem solving as well as data modeling ability.<br>ü  Advanced Excel
knowledge is required. SQL Server knowledge is a plus.

>ü  Must be self-motivated, self-sufficient, yet work well in a team
atmosphere. Must have the ability to manage multiple and competing
taskspriorities.

>ü  Other Microsoft competencies include Intellectual Horsepower, Problem
Solving, Dealing with Ambiguity, Planning, Organizing and Coordinating, and
Communication Skills<br>

>Ideal candidate must be able to quickly ramp-up and develop strong competency
in the use of various systems and tools available. The candidate must also be
a quick learner of to develop the financial and business knowledge of CSS in a
very short period of time. The individual should be a self starter with the
ability to multi tasks with attention to detail.<font>
