### The area: Advertising Sales

consumer. Advertising Sales team members work hard to identify our clients'
business challenges, to collaboratively shape solutions that drive their
strategic initiatives, and to keep them educated and informed in the ways that
current and future Google products can enhance their online and/or offline
presence.
### The role: Direct Sales Manager
As a Direct Sales Manager, you will have a strong reputation within new media
sales and demonstrate solid agency and direct client contacts. You are
expected to be a team player, professional, and reliable. You are a self-
starter who is proactive in driving revenue, increasing the client base, and
selling for Google. You will be a leader and valued contributor for the sales
team. You will proactively prospect, qualify, grow, and maintain a territory
account list. The primary focus will be on top-tier client opportunities, as
well as developing a local team of professionals.
#### Responsibilities:
* Handle incoming leads for designated territory.
* Hit target revenue quota.
* Provide campaign updates.
* Update and create sales proposals.
* Run inventory requests.
#### Requirements:
* BA/BS degree preferred with a strong academic record. Higher level degree
a plus.
* At least four years sales experience with two years of internet ad sales
experience.
* Deep understanding and experience of the internet, search industry,
advertising sales, or banking industry.
* Established network of contacts with advertisers and agencies (online and
offline).
* Experience in a fast-paced technology start-up environment.
* Fluent in English and Mandarin.

#### Requirements:
* 对互联网、搜索行业、金融行业、广告销售有深刻理解和体会
* 具有2年以上互联网广告销售经验者尤佳
* 具有4-6年销售经验
* 建立广告客户和代理商(在线和离线)联络网络
* 有在快节奏的技术创业单位的工作经验
* 能够流利使用英文和普通话,大学及以上学历
