about entire industries and helps Google define business and operational
initiatives that contribute to the company's growth. Our team of highly
creative visionaries thrives in deconstructing and re-creating businesses to
meet changing strategic and operational needs, enable innovation, establish
more efficient business practices and help the company continue to achieve its
vast potential. Our work includes such projects as developing and implementing
next-generation advertising products, defining strategies to optimize data
center technology and operations, and establishing business initiatives for
emerging markets. We measure our effectiveness by monitoring the concrete
impact we have on revenue, cost and operational efficiency.
### The role: Reseller Operations Specialist
Google is the world's largest search engine and one of the most-visited sites
on the internet. We are a global, NASDAQ-listed company [GOOG] with over

it universally accessible and useful.
The Reseller Operations team is part of the larger Greater China Reseller
Sales Organization. The team’s purpose is to support the daily customer
service operations of our AdWords resellers throughout the Great China region
and to improve their long-term competitiveness.
Specifically, you will develop and manage national initiatives to improve
reseller service quality, assist resellers in implementing service
initiatives, and represent Google in marketing events.
Reseller operations team members will work closely with many other teams and
individuals at all levels within Google China and Google in the USA. Being
part of the team carries significant responsibilities and candidates need to
be highly collaborative, efficient, and driven.
#### Responsibilities:
* Monitor, analyze and grow the service level of resellers.
* Work with reseller managers to reach revenue targets.
* Lead initiatives to improve reseller customer service.
* Contribute to major initiatives and projects by working with other
functional teams.
* Represent Google by attending road-shows and workshops.
#### Requirements:
* Bachelors Degree with excellent grades.
* At least 1 year of work experience in project management, consulting,
customer service, or sales.
* Maturity, strong communication, logical thinking, and self-management
skills.
* Fluency – written and spoken – in English and Mandarin; Cantonese a plus.
* Willingness to relocate to Beijing, China and travel up to 30% of the
time.
