Job Description

PURPOSE:

To lead, develop and manage a team to actively pursue sales for increasing revenues for Conference Business and identify new business opportunity collaboration in China.

KNOWLEDGE, COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE:

Knowledge:

- Knowledge of the legal markets in China as an advantage
- Good management skills for telemarketing and production.
- Well-versed in MS Word, Excel and especially PowerPoint.
- Understanding of market needs

Competencies:

- Superior communication, written and presentation skills both in English and Mandarin.
- Research skills.
- Negotiation skills
- Relationship building skills
- Good leadership skills.

Qualifications:

- Minimum Diploma or equivalent
- With at least 4 years relevant experience.
- Experience in legal markets, conferences preferred
