•Country sales management in the assigned products (Mobile Phone Platforms in China, Key Account Manager for Huawei, Distribution Management for China/HK) – key data management, execute policies, define strategies;
•Maintain & enhance sales relationship with existing customers;
•Penetrate new and emerging business opportunities;
•Coordinate with other departments within the organization or AP for customers demand or problem;
•Motive and develop staff to enhance business and meet sales target
•Backup contact window to key operators, such as China Mobile, China Unicom
Key Achievements:
•Design win of Ultra Low Cost mobile phone platforms at Bird, LongCheer, Ginwave, Eycom, Triones, Panda, Eidolon, AnyData, LangJie, etc. which achieved 20Mpcs ULC1/2 chipsets to low end mobile phone market segment in China in 2007
•Design win of ULC2 at BYD, Foxconn Design Center, which enable those EMS to become ODM for global tier 1 customers
•Established partnership with Application processor vendors (Anyka, Chipnuts, Samsung LSI) to address feature phone and smartphone market segment with various solution
•Established good relationship with Huawei from operation to top management level. Signed LoI of Framework Purchase Agreement with USD68M for 2009. Designed in ULC2, ULC2+,ULC3 as key platform for Huawei’s low cost GSM phone and WLL terminal. Ramped up voice line card in high volume (Shipped 8M lines in 2009; expect to ship 18M lines in 2010) with xT16 chipset on Huawei FTTB MDU for China Telecom and Unicom.
