>Job title: Business Group Controller<br>Based in: Beijing

><br>Job Purpose:

><br>Support the PRC BMO and Business Groups (BG) with superior financial
analysis. The focus will be on product revenue analysis, marketing fund
management, and P&L review. Specific duties include monthly financial analysis
and review, revenue forecasting, and annual fiscal year processes of mid-year
review and budgeting. Finally, the individual will partner with the BMO and BG
leadership team to develop the overall strategic planning efforts. This
position requires very close support for BMO leadership team and requires
strong business partnering skills.

><br>Role & Responsibilities:

><br> Provide strong finance support and analysis to China BMO and BG
business, including variance and trend analysis with in-depth identifications
of root causes, on the status of business.

> Review pipeline and opportunities, apply BG revenue model to provide monthly
revenue forecast for future business. Be accountable for forecast accuracy of
the BG. <br> Participate in PRC monthly review of business and support GCR BG
management on monthly Corporate review and quarterly Regional review.

> Review and forecast marketing fund for PRC subsidiary, manage review meeting
and drive quarterly financial accountability. <br> Monitor closely on the Cost
of Sales and drive reduction of Costs in all aspects and improvement of
productivity.

> Partner with China BMO or BG management to formulate the long term strategic
planning and budgeting (Mid-Year Review, 3 Yr Plan, Annual Budgeting),
especially in Growth and Productivity Framework. <br> Comply with company
policy, provide or coordinate compliance training, monitoring compliance
issues for the Segment. Provide support to internal audit and implementation
of action plan for improvement.

> Provide other financial support or co-ordination to the business and finance
operations, such as to establish timely and accurate quotas setting and
quarterly incentive payout, etc. <br>

><br>Education and Qualifications:

><br> Good university education, degree in accounting and/or MBA preferred

><br>Experience Level:

><br> Minimum 8 years of experience in commercial finance and accounting

> Managerial experience is preferred<br> Experience in IT companies is
preferred

><br>Professional Training and Certification:

> Accounting professional qualification is preferred, such as CPA<br>

>Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:<br>

> Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and oral<br> Strong inter-
personal and communication skills

> Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills<br> Strong user of
Microsoft Office

> Self-motivated and energetic, willing to contribute<br> Result oriented,
always keep commitments and deliver on commitments

> Positive attitude<br> Good team player

>Always willing to improve continuously<br>
