工作描述

**This position is based in Shanghai, China.**

### The area: Marketing

The Google marketing team is responsible for marketing the company's
exceptional product portfolio to end users, partners and customers on a
worldwide basis. Our approach is to embrace the strength of our products and
pace of innovation to drive marketing programs that are as entrepreneurial,
data-driven and respectful of our users as Google itself. We have a variety of
roles, including product marketing, creative services, event management,
quantitative marketing and field marketing.

### The role: Marketing

As a Field Marketing manager, you will analyze, measure, position, and package
our solutions in support of our field activities in China. You will be
responsible for supporting our revenue generating efforts through effective
marketing, working closely with Google’s sales and operations teams. You will
oversee field marketing plans and measure Return on Investment on a regular
basis. You will work closely with Google's Sales, Product and Partnerships
teams and with external agencies and partners to build Google's business. You
bring an entrepreneurial spirit, preferably with experience in a fast, start
up-like environment, and you'll have a significant opportunity to grow within
the organization.

#### Responsibilities:

* Manage field marketing strategies and contribute to product positioning,
deployment and sales training.

* Develop and manage all components of field marketing campaigns and
collateral.

* Plan and stage events, seminars, and speaking and educational
opportunities that align with sales and Google's overall business strategies.

* Measure Return on Investment on marketing expenditures.

* Manage data to provide advertisers with valuable insights for their
marketing plans.

#### Requirements:

* BA/BS degree preferred with strong academic background (higher level
degree a plus). MBA strongly preferred.

* At least 4 years experience in B2B marketing, online marketing, product
marketing, marketing program management, advertising agency, market research
or consulting in China.

* Fluency in Chinese and sound understanding of the Chinese SME &
advertising business environment a must.

* Strong analytical skills and passion for analyzing products, companies and
market dynamics.

* Strong aptitude for determining the optimal way to position products in
the market, in an organization and along a buy cycle.

* Demonstrated capacity for developing marketing strategies in a B2B
environment.

* Expertise supporting and enabling a direct sales organization.
