**This position is based in Beiing, Shanghai or Guangzhou, China**

### The area: Business Development

The New Business Development group works with Product, Engineering and other
teams on new product incubation and exploratory efforts, technology and meta-
data licensing, strategic partnerships, urgent special projects, and
alternative distribution for existing and new business initiatives. Our team
consists of creative, entrepreneurial, highly organized leaders, well versed
in a broad range of technologies, who can spot opportunities, evaluate inbound
inquiries, build partnerships, collaborate with many internal functional
groups globally, and negotiate and close business deals.

### The role: On Site Business Manager

As an On Site Manager, you will be a dynamic, self-motivated and proficient
individual with exceptional sales, customer service and people skills.

You will have a proven track record in performing under pressure, delivering
targets consistently, and being open to embracing change.

You are expected to be a team player, professional and open-minded. You are a
self-starter who is proactive in driving revenue, increasing the client base,
and selling impeccably for Google. You should also be process-oriented,
designing and executing models to deliver value consistently. Furthermore, you
should have a customer-first mindset, to be able to coach the customer service
teams of our reseller partners to provide first class service to Google
advertisers.

You will spend most of your time working with reseller management and
providing on-site training, coaching and management support to reseller staff.
Regular regional travel is also expected.

#### Responsibilities:

* Drive advertising revenue in the reseller and the region.

* Work closely with reseller Sales and CS teams on the daily basis to
implement and execute the sales and cs models, with the aim of continuously
improving reseller productivity.

* Manage the reseller to meet and exceed the various requirements from
Google including revenue, new account acquisition, sales productivity,
customer experience, marketing, compliance etc.

* Provide sales coaching and cs training to the reseller sales and cs teams,
trainers and managers.

* Design and execute marketing and other cooperation projects together with
the reseller to drive business and brand awareness in local market.

#### Requirements:

* At least 4 years sales experience, preferably with experience of reseller
management. Customer service experience a plus.

* Strong knowledge of the Search industry and Advertising Sales.

* Fluent written and spoken English is a must.

* Willingness to travel
